1. What oral-grade does
oral-grade lets educators generate adaptive oral examinations ("vivas") from student submissions and produces an integrity-assessment report. The report is a decision-support tool. The educator remains solely responsible for any academic or disciplinary decision.
2. Acceptable use
You must have the right to upload any submission you enter. Do not use oral-grade to harass students or to make automated punitive decisions without human review. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
3. Accounts & plans
Free accounts include 10 vivas per calendar month. Paid plans (Educator, Department) are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
4. No warranty on AI output
Integrity scores are probabilistic assessments, not proof of misconduct. oral-grade is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for grading decisions made using the tool.
5. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
