Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by emailing billing@oralgrade.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If you are charged in error or are unhappy within 7 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund of that payment. Renewal payments after the first period are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (via Razorpay or Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
GST
Indian customers receive a GST-compliant tax invoice for every payment. Provide your GSTIN at checkout to have it reflected on the invoice.
